Join Executive Chef Malcolm Williams and Terry P for a hands-on burger workshop where you’ll grind, season, build and cook burgers properly — from choosing the right cuts of beef through to firing them on the outdoor grill.
You’ll learn how to select the best beef for burgers, understand the ideal 70/30 chuck-to-brisket blend, hand-cut and mince your own burger mix, then form, season and cook patties ready for the perfect burger build.
But great burgers need great condiments.
During the workshop, you’ll also make three house-made burger condiments to jar and take home: Spiced Zucchini Pickle, Beer & Honey Mustard, and Bourbon & Coke BBQ Sauce.
Once everything is ready, we’ll fire up the grill, crack a beer, and sit down together to enjoy the burgers you’ve just created.
