Before you confirm
The festive season is one of our busiest times of year. These terms help us plan your booking properly while still giving you time to finalise the details with your group.
Securing your booking
A credit card is required to secure your festive booking. Your card will not be charged when you confirm the booking. It is securely held on file as security in the event of a late cancellation, reduction in guest numbers or no-show.
Final details
Final guest numbers, menu selection and dietary requirements are required no later than 14 days prior to your booking date.
We understand plans can change and we will always do our best to accommodate updates. During the festive season our kitchen and restaurant are particularly busy, so changes received with less than 14 days' notice may not always be possible.
Cancellations and changes to guest numbers
Bookings may be cancelled or guest numbers reduced up to 14 days prior to the booking date without charge.
For cancellations, reductions in guest numbers or guests who do not attend within 14 days of the booking, Henry and the Fox reserves the right to charge the card on file for the pre-arranged food associated with those guests.
Timing requirements
If your group has a specific finish time, meeting schedule or other timing requirements, we recommend arranging a meal pre-order. Please ask your coordinator for a pre-order form.
Pre-ordering helps our kitchen plan your meals in advance and gives us the best opportunity to meet your required timings during this busy time of year.
Dietary requirements
Please provide all dietary requirements by the 14-day deadline wherever possible. We take dietary requirements seriously and will always do our best to assist, but we may not be able to accommodate late dietary requests without adequate notice.
