Ginger Bread Making Workshop

Step into the festive season at Henry and the Fox with a hands-on Gingerbread House Masterclass in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Perfect for families, couples, friends, workmates and corporate teams, this class is a relaxed and creative way to celebrate Christmas together.

Guided by Executive Chef Malcolm Williams, Head Chef Nick Marriott and the Henry and the Fox team, you’ll learn the basics of gingerbread house construction before building and decorating your own festive creation.

What to Expect

You’ll start with the foundations of gingerbread house construction, with our chefs sharing tips on how to build, decorate and finish your house with confidence.

Then it’s over to you. Using a mix of modern and nostalgic lollies, sweets and festive decorations, you’ll create your own gingerbread house to take home.

Throughout the class, guests can enjoy a charcuterie station with local and imported cured meats, cheeses, fruit and condiments, along with a dedicated kids’ food station filled with party favourites.

Adults will receive a festive Twisted Spritz on arrival, while kids can enjoy a natural fruit juice slushie.

Every participant will also receive a gingerbread house template and recipes to take home, so you can recreate the fun year after year.
