About Sea Kings

Traditional craft. Modern seafood expertise.

Sea Kings has been part of Victoria’s seafood industry since 1999, beginning as a small wholesaler built on respect for the ocean and the traditional craft. Today, the team combines generational knowledge and hand-cut precision with modern logistics to supply kitchens across Melbourne and Victoria.

Quality, safety and provenance remain central to the business. MSC Chain of Custody certification supports traceability to sustainable, well-managed fisheries, while HACCP-certified operations underpin food safety from processing through to delivery.

At this event, the Sea Kings team will bring that knowledge to the live shucking station—opening each variety, explaining its growing region and helping guests identify the differences in flavour, texture and finish.
